Wheatland Township does not receive any sales tax or income tax.

The Township’s primary source of revenue is property tax, which in turn is the main revenue source for all local municipalities such as local schools, fire and police departments, park systems, public works projects and public health and safety programs. To determine the property tax of a specific property, the assessor’s office can help assist finding the correct value for your location.

Wheatland Township Fee Schedule: We offer a Ride DuPage Program $2.00 to ride + $1.00, per mile, for seniors and disabled individuals.
