Assessor
Kelli Lord, Wheatland Township Assessor, ia an eleven (11) year resident of unincorporated Naperville where she lives with her husband of 20 years and her two sons.
Kelli was born in rural Illinois (Quad Cities area) and migrated to the Chicago suburbs. She attended West Chicago Community High School, Hamburger University and Waubonsee College.
Since moving to Wheatland Township Kelli immediately became involved with the community by protecting the property rights, quality of life and safety of the community in which she lives by co-founding the CCNPS. She then became involved in local politics as a Precinct Committeeman, where she has chaired such committees as the Scholarship Committee, Golf Committee and was the past Treasurer. She also chaired the After School Enrichment program for the Wheatland PTA.
Kelli is the newly elected Vice President of the Will County Assessor's Association and a member of the newly formed Legislative committee for Will County Assessors. She is also a member of the Illinois Assessor's Association, GROW, AIIM and until taking office was very involved with the local youth bowling program.
Kelli is a certified CIAO and brings to the assessor's office a real desire to make a difference in the community.
