LIHEAP/IHWAP Assistance
A representative from Will County Center for Community Concerns will be at the Wheatland Township Administration Building, 31W236 91st Street, Naperville on the following dates. The representative will assist township residents with completing the application for assistance with their winter energy services.
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is designed to assist Will County low-income eligible households pay for winter energy services.
Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP) provides heating systems inspections, caulking, insulation of exterior walls and attic areas, weather-stripping and other energy conservation measure depending on the needs of the home.
